Bluemapia Desktop is needed to convert BSB charts such as NOAA and to calibrate and convert raster maps. Calibrated and converted maps can then be used by Bluemapia Mobile.
Bluemapia Mobile and Bluemapia Desktop are part of an Open Source project hosted by sourceforge, with a GPL license based uniquely on open source portable libraries.
